How can we help you?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "Checkout." 

Follow the instructions by providing us with the delivery information and select payment method for the goods - we will ship your package within 3-5 business days.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pimp My Pet. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delay time will vary depending on location, shipping method and other factors. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Seasonal / Promotional shipping rates (e.g. "Free Shipping on Orders $35+) apply to US states and Canadian provinces excluding Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific. All other orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and ship to address. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Pimp My Pet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy. Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods. The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

The customs value is made up of:

  • the price paid for the goods,
  • the insurance cost, and
  • the shipping cost.
 

Damage or Lost

Pimp My Pet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. All items purchased from the pimpmypet.ca are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

 

RETURNS----

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

-Downloadable software products

-Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

-CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 


REFUNDS----

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS ----

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@pimpmypet.ca


SALE ITEMS ----

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


EXCHANGES----

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pimpmypet.ca and send your item to: 143 Glendora Avenue, Toronto, ON, M2N 2W3, Canada.


GIFTS----

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 


SHIPPING----

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 143 Glendora Avenue, Toronto, ON, M2N 2W3, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

This Privacy Policy describes how pimpmypet.ca (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

Collecting Personal Information

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases.   • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Using Personal Information

We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), if you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), we process your personal information under the following lawful bases:

  • The performance of the contract between you and the Site;

Retention

Automatic decision-making

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.

We DO NOT engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased. Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States. Is it possible to cancel or change the order and how it can be done?

We are temporarily unable to cancel or change existing orders.


What types of gift cards do you offer?

We offer Digital Gift Cards. Pimp My Pet Digital Gift Cards are emailed to your chosen recipient within 24 hours after you place your order. Digital Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable.
